Characters must be at least Level 5 to access the Stash Terminal aboard the UCS Blackstar.
The elevator that leads you to Dynastar Labs from the Blackstar, is now an elevator room with a portal instead of a terminal that you click on.

im not in beta but its pretty cool to see the patch notes! Like see what glitches and bugs were in the game.
