to use talons and a wing or 2 daggers, do i respec to having more dxt than str or dxt and very little str

dont spec! If you are low level, create a new char! If ur high level, you could spec if ur ok with spending 2 plat but make sure you put the current setup as a loadout! That way you could switch back for free! If you a medium level, you could go 139 str 139 dex! That way, you could use daggers or talons and stil have a nice healthpool. You would have to boost your stats up using low level pinks (sometimes cheap). Check out the dual spec guide! i cant find it atm but when i do ill link you to it!

LONG TIME EDIT: soz i thought u could save it as a loadout and end up switching without spending extra plat. really sorry for any confusion.

im level 27 with 88 str and 42 dxt. I dont have time to catch up otherwise I cant wear desired armor or weapons :/
and I dont have platinum either

You can easily start putting stats into dex as you level, still plenty of time. Only option if you have no plat.

You said you have no plat and you have to have 2 plat to respec. If you have the plat, then by all means put you some dex in there!!

The 2 plat issue isn't all that big of a deal (there's plenty of free plat you can get by simply downlading games and other things from the android market via PL).

What are your EXACT plans (are you gonna twink, pve, pvp)? I'm ASSUMING you're going for pve... are you looking for more health to tank or more hit% ??

yes I am going for pve and looking for more dps damage. Idk if should just respec with a balance of dexterity being a little more than str. since i went for all str already at lvl 28 I have no idea what to do. :S

With the spec you have now it will be a long time until you can wear a talon at your level. If from now on you put all your new stat points into dex, you will be able to equip an appropriate level talon around level 46 or 47 (!).
So if you want to start to wear dex gear (so talons, daggers, ...) now, I think you just have to invest 2 platinum for a respec. When you do that, I'd recommend to get rid of the 10 int. :)

To follow the dex way you should respec to 90 dex 54 str. At level 30 you want to have around 95 dex (rest str), to wear the level 30 dex gear.
You can see the spec steps in the guide ("...leveling bear...") in my sig.

what about talent points for the special attacks? do I max out anything? and what do i go for

Probably not the most balanced bear, but my recently leveled junior bear looked like this at level 30:

6 Rage
6 Stomp
6 Hell Scream
6 Beckon
4 Taunt
1 Vengeful (Didn't respec, so I kept the automaticly leveled skill)

My question is....for example; my current bear who is all str. Now if I spent 2plats I can turn him into all dex. But if I saved the loadout,I can switch between the two? Only costing 2 plats?

I was told it would cost me 4 total to be able to save my old setup and go back and forth to it. TIA.

You have to pay 2 plat each time you change your attributes. So going all dex is 2 plat. And then going back to all Str, 2 plat again. And so on. So it's nothing you want to change too often...

Loadouts only work for gear, not stat/skill points.

If you want to change your base stat points in any way, you have to respec which is 2 platinum.
