Guys I wanna be aware if this is a bug or someone did it. My account was lv46 till yesterday but now this morning it is lv1 with nothing. A bug or a hacker did it?

Yes Its very weird and sent them an email , i hope its only a bug because if it was a hacker I lost everything I had .
