Here is how Skill masteries progress as more skill points are redeemed in to them:

•Use command+F to search what ever mastery you want.

•On iPhone,push the share button (that icon on the bottom of the screen that has the icon of a box with an arrow on it) then scroll to the right and push find on page.
•On Android, tap that one icon in the top right corner with the 3 dots and tap find on page.

-Lifegiver Mastery
1/10:2.5% chance to spawn sapling that heals 4% of your health

It's 3.5% chance per tick for time-shift, which is different . Maybe that nearly equals 35% chance of freezing weaker enemies.

The tick is unspecified but it most likely has a tick rate of 0.5 seconds,like Countdown of Pain,giving it a 70% chance to freeze weaker enemies per clock. This is reasonable because of how often enemies get frozen.

its actually more like 51% per clock (no, its not 20*3.5%, that's not how probability works)

Before the nerf (was originally 4% chance at 10/10), there was 55.8% chance of freeze per enemy per clock
