I looked at the possible loot for Cryostar Crates and one thing that caught my eye oddly was that the Arcane Fossil was one of the possible things that's lootable from Cryostar Crates and I know that StS most likely put it in the Cryostar Crates because of Nekro but I'm thinking that the Arcane Fossil will also be part of another recipe to possibly craft yet another arcane ring (as shown in the 2nd image).
