PvP Notifications

As players enter or leave PvP rooms, there is no notification.
"Rage has left the room" "Rage has entered the room"
Or
"Rage has joined team Red"
Flag notifications are off as well. So annoying to try to flag:uncomfortableness:
Also
Having a flag does not give damage to the flag holder.
