Hey iv sended an email to StS ..they replied,then i replied again ,hey did not tell me they received am email why?

Hmm Maybe because it was a reply rather than a completely new email? Just a guess though.

Busy these days I had one take two weeks to get a reply...be patient is all I can suggest
