I didnt know this bug before thats why i bought the cheap toor..normally its 700k..it wasnt my problem either if this didnt happen..im talking with this glitch then it should have been smooth..

make sure you send an email to sts support- they're aware of it and say they can trace the gold and items. you have to let them know though :)

I had the same issue, I'm sure they have heaps of emails to read through but I reckon they'll fix :)
