where is back armor quest

I have 36/36 quests done but cant find back armor one is it not there or..im not looking hard enough??

It's the money mcguirk quest, also there are possibly 44 - I can verify 41, I've done 40 & still have the ticker on my log - available quests, you have some ways to go for the armor.

I did mine after getting 38/36 quests -- try to do a few more? The lady in the CyCorp part of town gives it I think.

I've got 40/36 with ticker, and I've seen 41. I can't find another tho :/
