since the update I can't retrieve spired items from cs,posted a couple days ago in bugs and issues section,but still no response.
Does anyone else have the same problem?

Think support gets enough emails coz of the trade bug,and lost items

Yes, the bugs in this game are piling up. Sts is always fixing less bugs than actually appear, so it seems inevitable that sooner or later the game might become unplayable.
