[Feedback] Please make stampy deserved to be called 'crafted arcane'

it's been too long since stampy got released, and many pleaded to buff stampy... it should be on par with crafted arcane like nekro, but no one bother using it until now
even remiem said 'it's rare to see someone using stampy' in one of her previous stream

i suggest:

1. reduce AA cooldown from 30s to 27s -> equal to nekro
2. increase buff length from 8s to 10s -> equal to nekro
3. add immunity to dot -> nekro has immunity to disabling effect
4. if necessary, add 5s interval rule, like nekro
5. increase primary stat increase to 40 -> equal to nekro
6. increase max target of passive to 5 -> equal to nekro, but nekro still wins a lot with wide/big aoe of passive/normal attack

You know what's funny? Sts said when stampy was newly released that his design is subject to change meaning not final but it's 2016 now no change did ever happen poor stampy..., still ugly lol
