Lord Rendtail Egg mob XP bug?

Hi Sts TECH just wanna report or confirm if the mobs at rockhorn summit boss area, the mobs from the eggs does it really gives xp? when boss is half and if you won't kill rendtail just the mobs that spawns from the eggs, someone said it to me at pugs and tested it myself and it does really grant xp not sure though if this is intentional or really a bug need confirmation from you guys please have a look at it ty

well those are still considered as mobs and should in fact give you xp when you kill em...

Without being counted as a kill? that is surely a bug coz how come an enemy that doesn't count as pve kill gives you an xp?? that's definitely wrong
And it is being exploited ATM.

It's because of the lava pool popping out beneath you. It's a bug.

the geyser xp is intentional but players are abusing the system as what i thought of. it really was better to farm jewels, get xp and added pve kills rather than standing in the geyser.
