Wen will SL be submitted to android?

Not sure what you're asking. It's already been submitted to apple and that's the only thing that matters. As soon as apple accepts it, android will be out at the same time. The beta is already out now for android phones with V Cast.

They don't have to submit android.

Reason that Apple matters only is because Android has zero approval time. Not even any approval needed at all. They just take down the bad apps later.
SL is also playable on any other Android device through entry keys like mine. I'm on T-Mobile.

When will Star Legends be available on the Apple App Store and Android Marketplace?
Approximately July 20th when we anticipate the Limited Verizon Beta of Star Legends will end. Once Beta ends we will launch the game to all available channels.
