I completed the following two offers:

- BUG VILLAGE (Free)
** Downloaded, played for a while - still have NOT earned my 1 free Platinum **

- PRETTY PET SALON (Free)

** Downloaded, helped more than required amount of customers in-game (played a few levels actually, its fun) - still have NOT
earned my 1 free Platinum **

How can this get resolved?

well sometimes u have to read the platinum offer good but
like sign facebook account
or serve an amuont of cats
but i do it
see if thats the problem

Are you on an iphone/itouch 4th generation device?

Turn your device off - Leave off for two minutes. That is how long it takes to fully shut off. The first two minutes is like a "restart" on your computer. Not a full shut down. Then turn it back on.
Turn off any ad-blockers, if you have any.
Make sure you have notifications enabled.
Turn off multi-tasking, if enabled.
Uninstall and Re-install Pocket Legends
Redo the platinum offer - Do the offer fully, and make sure you follow exactly what the description says to do.
If problems continue, it's not Spacetime that handles the issues. You will want to email mobilehelp(at)tapjoy.com replacing the (at) with @.
They will require some sort of proof of completion for the offer. A few screenshots of you downloading, launching, and opening the application should be enough.



Tip: Some offers take up to a day to process. So, if you haven't been rewarded after 24 hours, then you got a issue with the app.
