Hey remiem !! U may fix the magma rock on rockhorn summit at the same time !! And I give an idea for the future it's only a idea I didn't complain... Noticed after the update that the lag is gone and ping is very stable so the culprit really is the summit xp exploiters.

The players who had exploit it clearly broke the rules of the ToS. Next time more awareness of this kind of issue please. It was a problem the whole weekend!!!

It didn't affect other's gameplay, this exploit did, by causing red ping for everyone, making the game unplayable for 3 days

The exploit isn't against Terms of Service. The exploit was just a mere bug, a mistake that StS didn't intend to be in the game. It isn't the players' fault that there was a bug in the game that was found out (most likely by accident) and used. Using a bug for personal gain isn't mentioned the Terms of Service and it isn't considered cheating as well (as I mentioned the reason why 2 sentences ago). Anyone who did the exploit is innocent and shouldn't be banned just because StS left a mistake in the game.

That is only for ownership of Spacetime's products,not for in-game items. That section that you found is under proprietary rights ( which is ownership rights)

Ask any player if they exploited or tried a "bug" in the game when they hear about it to see if it works then decide to use or not use it. In case sts hasn't noticed, people are running tombs like crazy to power level, then they will likely fight the new zones. Just go to about any tombs in Watchers or Kraig and you will see I am right. That seems to be okay.
