Can someone tell me where to collect planar pendant's ingredients? Like planar essences, mythic relic etc...

You can find essences in planar tombs and relic at planar tomb vendor

All at planar tomb.. mythic relic buy with gold at npc near planar tomb.. planar tomb at the kelys city

As they have said, buy the relic from the NPC at Planar Tombs. You can collect 10 planar essences from Planar Tombs dailies, and they also rarely drop from those maps. All the other essences (Glob, Rutger, Frostir) are from Arena bosses.
