Its tiny nurse stories. Kona is just relating stories from either dumb or crazy people who have issues or are wounded and stuff xD
If you have a look at part 2, I have some serious mental issues. Instead of presenting a sheep, I show a white deer... Then I bring a black shee.. Wolf :p
