I have been trying to purchase plat for the last week on my EVO 4G on every connection possible and bill it to my Sprint account. It gives me the authenticating screen for about 2 minutes then goes back to the regular plat amount selection screen and I get nothing. A few minutes after I get the confirmation email about my Android market purchase and 2 minutes or so after that I get an email saying that I was not charged with a general error message (unable to authorize) please help
