can not buy the platinum with 800($49.99) in ipad(IOS system)

i found i could not bought the platinum of 800($49.99), what`s happend? when i bought this, the message appeared "plesae contact itunes support to complete this transaction". but i found i still can bought the platinum of 30($4.99),plesae help.

and another question, when the platinum of 2000 can be buy in IOS ?
i found android can do it already, but why IOS can not ?

You can also buy Platinum online from your computer.
That is how I bought mine.
It then shows up in your account when you log in to play.
