Mage Pvp build help..

Hi;
i have 30 lvl mage.
my stats full int 163
,skill
frost bite -1
light - 6
heal -2
revive -1
fire S. -6
ice S. -1
Drain life -1
Magic shied - 0
BoV - 5
BoM - 6
I want to make a Pvpmage.
The ability to upgrade, but I do not know what.and stat..
what does it do to raise Dexterity ?
what does it do to raise str ?
dungeons just dying, what can I do? :(
and almost dying in wars ( 3 skill use and die :/ )

keep high BoV, BoM.

Make heal and drain high, make 1 frostbite, 1 magic shield, and spend rest in fire S, light.

Get brain freeze armor and weaponry.

5 Firestorm
6 Drain
6 BOM
4 BOV

Go With Vyx Helm, Iceberg Plate, Iceberg Longsword

It's a very risky build, timing is EVERYTHING. Pallies are the way to go for level 30 PvP.
