I've searched the forums and can't seem to find the names or lvls of dual wield sex weapons.
Can someone help me out please.

Only dual Weilding dex blades I know of are in the plat store, or drop from shadow caves (Sentinel's shadow sliders of death, level 50)

Dual wield is not the way to go. Buy a good bow.
