Arc Sword proc doesnt work in PvP

Please fix this, the arcane sword proc is useless in pvp atm as it does 0 damage to the opposite team players.

@@ it does lots of dmg. I pvp both 47 and 56 and it works just fine in both lvls

That's correct.. It does zero dmg full stop..anyone can stand on lava spout n will receive zero dmg..I've tested and had rogue n mage n warr all stand on spout n receive zero dmg! If u say it works u haven't tested it..

She was standing in those pools for quite a while but 0 dmg.
While testing once she received 4 ticks of dmg through pools but that happened once in 15 tests.

I recall Ziix mentioning in another thread that the pools appear to work (as in you see your HP gradually trickling down while standing in the pools in a clash), because of the effect of the Axe Throw bleed damage. The pools themselves do no damage. I was there when Oez tested the sword proc.
