[Possible Issue] Charged normal attack aegis do nothing special, but

but takes longer to fully charge the attack, compared to regular bulwark / sword and shield

This could be an issue, but who fully charges the Aegis? It s all about the proc and the more chances the better. so i usually spam autoattack between skills and it never occured to me to charge it. Anyone has any insights what charge does more?
