[Suggestion] Dragon staff's consecrate damage to have chance to apply the dot

since consecrate is actually removing the ability to do charged normal attack, which normally have higher chance to proc than normal attack in all previous weapons,
i think it's given that damage from consecrate should also have chance to proc the dot that is applied on normal attack, at least on equal chance

It would be nice but i think sts is done with this weapon. They wont look into adjusting it anymore.
