Int bear vs tank

I've narrowed it down to int bear and pure tank, or tank with some dex. I want your opinion and what you've experienced in pvp. I know what skills I'm useing just your opinion on stats and what class,

Can't figure out point of int bear. Bears hardly use any mana.

Developer did, not me. I don't have the power to move threads; I only have the power to lock my own threads. The reason for int bear is that they are massive debuff machines and the terror combo, with a dark wand. It's why they are so effective.

Int bear can be quite good, the best one I remember recently being Mysticaldream. He had an enchanted set on and was really good.

The gemstone wand has a proc, forgot what it exactly does, it's somewhere in the forums. Anyway, that proc + hell scream is a combo, pretty good debuff.

Also, the enchanted gear had loads of HS if I'm not mistaken, making his survivability quite good. Dex gear doesnt always have good survivability.

Wand skill damage is huge too, afaik.

It has Loads of h/s as elly said, but it also has pretty good armor 140+ and 130+ with cheap gear. you can get aggro easily and keep it without getting killed because you can kite. i do a pull-debuff-slashes-stomp to get the combo on mobs and add in CB and other on bosses. works like a charm.

I'd rather have a enchanted blast staff set bear in my party -- the skill damage they dish out is awesome, plus the proc from the staff. When it's triggered after the beckon-stomp combo and the mobs are really close together, the party has almost nothing to do.

That make more sense. I didnt no that about proc. I always wondered why people would run around with that gear on a bear. It still looks funny on a bear imo.

Um.. not sure on the %, but about half the time they're mobbed it'll happen.

Meh... the int bear with a blast staff instead of the wand is quite nice as well...

The best two man combo is a skilled bear who can pack mobs tight and a blast staff mage imho...

The blast staff int bear can do the same principle solo, just not quite as well lol
