46.., Ring : Arcane ring full para.
pendy : planar pendy ( highest tier minds)
Equipment : Helm : Imbued force or assault( highest tier minds, or eyes), armor : glint or Imbu assault or force( highest tier minds, or eyes), belt : get a dragon hunter belt of assault and jewel it.
You might wanna use a half mind, half chaos jewel.
This is gonna be pretty costly, but gl.

Perhaps same as abo g welcome but swap the above with a 3 eye ring and belt...
