First off, my apologies for the massive delay in posting. I'm sure you'll find that it was worth it :)
Organisation Charter
Equilibrium is a state in which perfect balance is achieved between competing forces. In our case, those forces are our sense of community, and our joint ventures within our (mobile) digital reality.
Across the board, you will finat Equilibrium members possess these attributes: Integrity, Intelligence and Maturity. We look after each other, and these attributes contribute to our perception within the entire community and signifies what Equilibrium represents.
Our vision consists of an exclusive yet transparent organisation; an organisation based on reputation, respect, and memorable past experiences with one another. This is how the guild was formed, and we look forward to creating more memories with you.
Requirements
We expect a certain level of maturity from our members towards other members and the Star Legends community, which can only be derived from our dealings with each other. This requires a high level of respect towards the community in general.
Equilibrium members are ambassadors for the guild and what it represents, and as such, any immaturity or otherwise obscene behaviour will be reflected onto the guild and will not be tolerated.
Recruitment
Equilibrium is not an actively recruiting organisation. However, if you are interested in joining our ranks, we do have some guidelines for potential recruitment:
In order to be considered as a potential member, your reputation and active involvement in the community will be the main aspect of your application, and a recommendation from an officer will be required. This does not mean however, that you should pester us for an invite. We just need to know who you are before you can join us, and this enables us to decide whether you match up as a suitable candidate. Send me a private message if interested with a quick spiel either in forum or in game.
Whilst this may sound restrictive, it enables us to remain somewhat exclusive, and ensures that no one in our organisation remains "just a member". Our strength resides in our size; quality over quantity, and we intend to keep it that way.
