After fireball stuns, there is stun immunity for about 7 seconds.

In PVP stun immunity is 7.5 seconds
In PVE there is 0 seconds. You can re-stun a mob after the stars stop circling. If you stun them before that, it's wasted stun but still does damage.

Not true. Not all mobs can be stunned after you stun them initially. If you could continuously stun pve mobs, that'd be pretty cool :p
