What HOW is this Possible! Gah!

Well here I was fighting in capture the flag and I got KOed by a lvl 53 archer like 30 Times to 0 kills from me..


I almost 99% lose from one shot/two shot from pvp from birds ....What should I do? I am not too good at pvp, all I know really is heal right after debuff etc and atk etc

I am lvl 55 PURE INT Mage

gotta throw in drain after the heal, also you can mana shield before combat to block debuffs and earn a bit of time to combo them
