Hey PL players! My IGN is Blazinarch, as some of you may know.
My pure dex bird is level 31, with all stats and skill points re-speced and unspent.

I'm in need of a new build, unique to PvE only. Post your thoughts and ideas. Also, if you can, recommend armor and weapons! (Keep in mind I'm looking for a pure dex build, not a dual-spec)

I'm lvl 33 and following this thread from beginning, it's very useful !

[Burningdex]

at level 31 pve should be full dex with shivering talon (10-15k CS) shivering armor (18-20k) and shivering wing (9-10k) and snipers penguin snow cap (2-10k)
