Winter Festival Items

How do you get the Winter Festival talon and shield? And I'm talking about the level 10 items, not the higher levels.

It was part of a special event where a new campaign was up for a limited time (winter).

You can now only obtain those items from players who kept their loot or are selling them via CS.

Basically players selling them. Players keeping stuff aren't selling those items.

did you have to buy the limited campaign when it was avaiable? Or was it like a thing that popped up on the map for people to farm?

You bought it for 10 plat. And you were smart enough to farm it with scaled chars. Lol we farmed that map a ton, gettin lvl 10,20 pinks. Unfortuantly i liquidated the other colors of the items :(.
