What happened to the support

Since weeks and many failed tries at getting an answer from the support i wanted to ask what's going on with thw support? I mailed the support around 3 times and i didn't get any answer.

And yes i used the right support page at.

If u mail too many times then ur mail may be marked as spam.. Send one mail and wait for reply :D

I sent a mail to sts once and they replied, saying that they will let the designers inspect the WT4 (coz the mobs have lessen if u always run in WT4, u will notice it.)

That was a month ago. After a week, I send an email again to them. And they replied. Saying that they will again let the designers check the WT4

2 Weeks have passed before now, there's still no change at all. *sigh*
