So I made my account in 2010-04-30 and I got the Sheild of Gratitude but didnt get a founders helm??
Were you active during that time? Developers can check if you are telling the truth or not. If you are, the best way to deal with it is support(at)spacetimestudios.com replacing the (at) with an @. Also, I believe the requirement was that you need to have logged in at least once in the time period of two weeks during the time when they were giving out the helms.

We know there's a lot of interest in the Founder's Helm and the idea of Veteran's Rewards. However, right now the team is really focused on getting the new content and features for Pocket Legends ready and shipping Star Legends: The Blackstar Chronicles. We haven't forgotten about Veteran's Rewards - on the contrary, we really like the idea of them, but they are a bit behind some of our bigger agenda items in work right now.
