[B]Can't finish my lvl56 crown quest![/B]

Hi pals,

i have a problem on my "fix the crown quest".

I purchased the thing. Took the first "repair-quest (kill goldfever) and slayed him half-a-dozen times, but i don't get a turn in sign.

I ran back slayed every other enemy to be sure but still no change.

any advice, is this a bug?

I assume you're talking about the quest Stolen Wealth, which requires you to kill GF. It's like many of the other quests and the drop is random, meaning that you need to keep killing him until the quest is ready to turn in.

The first time i went for it (using another char), it dropped instantly.

Yes, I can confirm it. Dropped on my first char on the first run. Took six for the second one to drop. :/ And I assisted another person yesterday with three runs before it dropped.

Yep - confirmed. Well, via three people telling me secondhand.

I dropped it instantly and one of the others said at the time... "wow, ur lucky took me about 10 GF kills"

You need a hand on a few runs?

Just make sure you have no other sewer quests in your quest list then it will drop ;)

That's what me and a friend found the other night doing our second crowns. Wasted an hour no drop deleted other sewer quests, then bingo no problems.

I'm sure I had quests in my list, so I would call this one of those PL rumors you hear about. Someone abandoned all their quests after a few unsuccessful runs at GF and it dropped right after so they made the connection. The drop is random, chances are there is nothing that increases/decreases your chance of it dropping the first time or the tenth. Just have patience and it'll come.

It's random. Luckily only took 1-3 on my characters.
