Swamp Gear for Tank?

Hey Guys,

So I'm working on my Tankbear (currently only lvl 25) and have managed to gather all the necessary pink gear to get me to the 30's but was wondering what I should be looking for in the ways of Gear from the swamps? Looking for ideas on all four: Helmet, Weapon, Armor, Shield? Any feedback on builds as well would be great.

zombie croc plate (7% dodge, 5 h/s, 49 armor) or copperhead croc plate (7 dex, 2% dodge, 5% crit, 47 armor), conquerors bullfrom helm, swamp rat's croc tooth sword (best dps 1h with dodge), and zombie shield of course....

2handers Conqueror's croc spine and copperhead battle sword? donno not too sure on 2handers

Well for a Tank it's nice to have good H/s so Swamp gear would be:

Armour-Zombie Croc Scale Plate 5h/s

Shield-Zombie Saintly Shield 5h/s

Helm-Bullfrog Helm of Legend 2h/s

Weapon-Your choice really. There's tridents and swords with dodge and crit, but if you want more h/s then Flaming Sword of Legend or some Axe will do. (I use Croc Tooth Sword)

Currently the attributes for my tanky bear unequipped are as follows:

Str: 109 (This gives me 2h/s but with all the str in the gear it goes up to 123 which gives 3h/s)
Dex: 55 (100%hit, 10 crit, 6 dodge)
Int: 16 (Did this for the 1m/s which will hopefully pay off in the future :p)

With the gear I mentioned above along with the attribute points my h/s comes to 15 (I'm sure you could get higher as I've seen guys with 19 but they were prob blessed, plus i spent 55 points into dex)

My stats(unbuffed): 100hit%, 12 crit, 25 dodge, 362 health, 15h/s, 208 mana, 1m/s, 63-67dmg, 76 dps, 90 armour

Mt stats(buffed): 62 crit, 55 dodge, 88-92dmg, 106dps, 140 armour

IMO, this is what you want:

Helm:
Bullfrog Helm of Legend (pink) for the 2 H/s
or
Croc's Bullfrog Helm (orange) because it's the only lvl 35 warrior item with mana regen (1 M/s)

Armor:
Zombie's Croc Scale Plate (Pink) for 5 H/s

Shield:
Zombie's Saintly Shield (Pink) for 5 H/s

Weapon:
Copperhead's Swampy Trident (Pink) because tridents break armor and effectively raise your whole party's DPS, more than compensating for the lower DPS of tridents compared to swords.
or
Flaming Sword of Legend for more H/s, but I'd really recommend a trident.

The one I was worried about most is the armor..anyone have an extra Croc Scale Plate for sale/trade, I haven't seen many of them around?

Since it is by far the most popular plate, everyone wears it, and there are fewer on the market. If you wait til alien oasis comes out, there will probably be a larger number for sale (and at cheaper prices).

Swamp Gear still good at Level 36-39? Seems Alien Gear is for 40+

That'd be a nice thread -- best gear for the ranges; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29, etc....
Though I seem to have breezed right past those for the most part, slog really began around 28ish I think.
