I saw only today that from these locks you can drop hammerjaw, glacian and samael... is it a bug or is it intentional?

I think it was intentional, since those 3 pets don't drop anywhere else anymore I believe.

It isn't bug. And that's true that you can only loot those eggs in that lock as it don't drop anymore in other locks.

I haven't heard of these locks lately... was there an update or an event in the past 24+ hours? I haven't been on lately.

It is intentional..you can check the possible drop of arcane eggs in info button..plus, samael ws at a fairly affordable price and available quite a number during last 2015 ursoth since i bought the egg during the time.
