Shivering Frosty Yeti Leather, of course. Shivering Frosty Snowbird Wing with the Talon, or Shivering Frozen Bow (you preference or situation). For cap: Sniper's Penguin Snowcap (Jewel Thief's Penguin Snowcap, as second option). You will not need to update it until 41-45.

Shivering! Talon is like 15-20k in cs atm i think. I bought the cheapest one i saw...10k :p Wing was like 5k but now its gone up. Lowest price aint so low anymore lol. Leather i bought for 20k but i think i saw it go up. Penguin snowcap is cheap.

I need a good head/ and chest Well, I'll disagree with everyone else. Although I have Shivering gear, I actually use mostly Eagle gear since it does more damage than Shivering, since croc armor is so tough, and since I don't mind spamming pots (which is needed with Eagle gear).

In my "Attack Bow" loadout for my level 31 bird, I have 98% hit w/ 99–109 damage and 41 armor. In my talon loadout, I have 93% hit w/ 91–96 damage and 57 armor. I did not upgrade my gear at level 31, so all of this is with level 30 gear. Stats are pure DEX.

My Shivering loadout is used only to get some free regen while waiting for party members to run back from the start of the map. :)

Although he's a bear and you like bows, you might find it interesting to compare my talon set's stats with Mrwallacejr's from the "Meet MrWallcejr (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?30624-Meet-Mrwallacejr)" thread. My archer has much more damage than Mrwallcejr but far less regen and health and a little less armor, dodge, and hit%.

it depends on pvp or pve. If you go pve i recommend a dex bird using shivering talon and leather with a Frosty snowbird wing of legend. The legend shield gives more armor and a bit more damage, along with rather more defensive stat bonuses. The cap can be obtained from a LE quest, which would be the lvl 27 Sniper's Penguin Snowcap. if you want more damage, go with either a shivering frozen bow for all damage, or a shivering ice auto-crossbow for some damage and superior range

pvp i recommend a warbird setup. Iceberg frozen longsword, iceberg frost knight plate, and Sniper's penguin snowcap
