Boss drop? I didn't see from heretic chest. In the vendor they only have the lvl 47.

Yes , I guess It's boss drop , or if you are very lucky it can maybe be looted from the mobs , Sts didn't specify if it is a boss drop or mobs but it maybe has a higher chance of looting from the bosses.

I think STS said from mobs AND bosses,that they drop mythic and arcane items,as far as I understood
