Can't seem to find last 2 Sewer Quests

I have the Crown of Persistence and I've cleared every single NPC of those yellow exclamation points... yet it still says I have 2 left to do. The Prince also seems stuck on the "Bring me the dingy crown..." screen, although I've already done so entirely.

Any help?

The quests from the Fallen Prince don't add to the BS quests, so it's not those. I would imagine that it's probably Lilly's new quest rotation; basically Lilly offers a new quest daily and it cycles between all of the bosses in each chapter. You have to wait until she offers the quest that you need specifically in order to complete everything. So it could take a week or so to get the certain quest you need from her to pop up.

That may indeed be it (although I have redone the dailies a few times). I'll keep track and see what happens. Thanks!
