FYI: Lv 55 Scraper's Gem Blast Staff stats error?

Just an FYI post.

I've noticed that that when I'm equipped with my sewer queens staff and i equip the Lv 55 Scraper's Gem Blast Staff my stats are reduced as they should be (Armor -16, DPS -4, Damage +3 / -12, Mregen -2, Hregen -6, Dodge +6, and int -2) but my spells damage increases by 6 points.

Hm. Phar mentioned that Gem Blast staffs increase skill damage more than Gemstone Staffs, but I think someone compared the two MM Staff sets and proved that wrong. Time to go test again, I think.
