Try to take out ur SD card and download it to install it back it happened to me last time lets hope it works on urs :D

There is a button below the sign-in screen that says "use an unregistered account" press that and it will allow you to make a new account that u will then have to register with an email that u havent already used to be able to play that account on other devices.

You use unregistered account, then go to your Menu, Menu again,tap Account and register your account.
