Help! Who gives out the Cyber Quests?

Who gives out the Cyber Quests?
Is it still the ? guy in Crush the Keeper?
I haven't seen him yet.
I can't even go there anymore, since everyone just skips the last parts all together... Just like Victory Lap, Keeper runs everywhere...

he is near the shadows, with a question mark above him and on your minimap, he should be a dark blue arrow. try joining completed games or ask whether they are going to the end :]

Asking works... every single time I've been in Crush, if a player asked, I'd go nuke all of them quite quickly so they can get in there.

I used to pop into completed/near completed games, start heading there and ask "quest?" if someone was around. Usually they'd tell me so I didn't have to walk if he wasn't there.

Since you have to be level 50 to even get the quest, you should actually be able to walk to him. You can take your time or walk really fast and try to die near him :)
