For a long time,health and mana regeneration stat has always been a rather useless stat in endgame. The amount of health and mana players have is high to the point where those stats don't even matter. There are only a few health regenerations out there that are good. Those are the health regenerations from healing skills. One upgrade from Livegiver isn't even worth the point because it barely even helps. That upgrade is Recharge Mana. For those of you that don't know what the heck this upgrade does, it provides +5 mana regeneration for 10 seconds. +5 mana regeneration doesn't mean anything for endgame players. You know how low level players can refill their mana to 100% pretty fast? I think the Recharge Mana upgrade should have this for 5 seconds,but at 1/4th the speed. For the other health and mana regens,they really need a buff as well because they have a minuscule difference on regeneration and players are constantly fighting enemies non-stop so regeneration gets significantly reduced while in combat so the health and regen stats can be completely useless. The thing that sucks is how these stats are very under-looked at and I think these stats should be displayed when we check out our stats rather than be just a semi-hidden stat that we have half an idea of how effective it is.

the mana regen upgrade actually give around 60 per tick, one tick per second, at endgame, cmiiw, it scale to the mage's stat, either int, str, or damage, no one knows for sure though
