Is Marvelous Vanity Weapon Pack Random, even when it says Warrior?

I just want to know whether the Marvelous Vanity Weapon Pack is random before I buy anymore.

I purchased 3 and they ended up all being Warrior weapons vanities. Then I noticed something:

That an L5 Rogue, for example,
150976

would still have this on the purchase screen:
150977

And my mage gets this:
150978

I just want to know whether it was bad rolls or when it says Warrior, it's all warrior only?

I tried this on many toons on both Chrome and ipad. It all says Req: Level 1, Warrior.

Anyways, I just want to know before I buy anymore of these packs. Thanks.

It's random, I thought the same after I saw your thread. Instead, I got both rogue vanity weapons in one chest.
