Banned?

Ok this is weird and I'm kind of angry.. First my iPod wouldn't turn on and I thought it was broken... I Fixed it after hours of messing with it it us nownight time I try to log into pocket legends and... It say my device is banned for violating the terms of service... What did I do?!??? My iPod has been messed up all day and I haven't logged in pleeeease someone help me :(

Bans aren't discussed on forums as they are a private matter between STS and the banned player.


The best channel to reach them would be emailing their Customer Support at support(at)spacetimestudios.com, replacing the (at) with an @.


They can inform you of exactly what you did and when, and you can explain your side of the story in your exchange of emails.


They don't ban for no reason, so I wouldn't worry if you haven't done anything wrong. But they are strict when it comes to violating the ToS.
