As title says Mage ice is bugged. I don't have the upgrade that freezes other mobs( the one that can freeze like 5 mobs) but when I charge my ice it still does that.

It is not a bug.. Always been the case without upgrade it will freeze but different from the chance to freeze mobs upgrade
