Preston and Heston bug

This is the second time I've seen this happen. When we started to engage boss, only Heston moved. After we killed him, no boss loot drop because Preston was still alive. But we couldn't damage him with skills, pets wouldn't attack him. The only things that hurt him were weapon proc (in this case Glintstone bow bombs) and pet DoT (Slobber puke). We had no mage in party. In my previous encounter with this bug (?), we had a mage who could clock the unkillable Preston. It took a long time to whittle away his health with these.

You can see in this screenshot that Preston had not moved from his spot.

Normal Southern Gates.

happened to me twice too. 1st time I just exit cos he cannot be killed. 2nd time was last night. I found out accidentally that weap proc could kill him. So i keep tapping normal attack for weap to proc LOL.

in the next patch I've made some changes to hopefully rectify this problem, however we never got a solid repro case in house. Would be interested to know if you still have the problem after the update on 5/26/16

Thanks for looking into this, Cara. I was trying to determine the trigger for this as well but no luck yet. I haven't run Southern Gates much due to event and now AP runs, but will try to check after 5/26.
