Maybe this problem is your internet connection, I have good pings always :)

hahaha nah my internet is good , in city still good ping but in map pve good red ping up and down

Maybe you have slow internet? Because when fighting in map it uses more data.

Ping has been bad for the last 2 days. Almost every one on maps suffer it.
But....ping is always good for those sitting in towns.

Been leveling my characters in wt4, kt4. I didn't experience so much of lags on this game, But if you're experiencing this you had a bad connection or internet connection.
