ITEM LUCK ELIXIRS

Hello, I was thinking in a new system luck:
Each class of item now have a specific luck kit, let's go:
* Rare luck elixir.
* Epic luck elixir.
* Legendary luck elixir.
* Mythic luck elixir.
* Arcane luck elixir. Future use....
* Set luck elixir.
Don't Stack when you open 1,2,3 same class of item.....
When you open some of this item luck Elixirs you'll receive:
- 30 minutes of fun.
- 15% more chance to reroll in the specific "(CASE 1,2,3,4,5..)" where is the item that you need!.
- Delete the probability of drop some items that you dont need.
When you get the item that you wanted, a message will say:
* Congratulations your *Item* Luck Elixir let you to get : "......."
NOTE: *If you want to use a of those Item Luck Elixir and receive the benefits you need to use 2 components*
1. Leprechaun's Pendant.
2. 1 Luck Elixir of 15 - 30 min.
If you dont use that 2 components, the item luck kits won't work.
HOW THIS WORKS:
Actually Leprechaun's Pendant let you reroll the best of two items. But you dont know exactly in wich CASE your lepre reroll in!!
Example:
If the item youre supposed to receive is Common, Rare, or Epic
At these rarities, the luck elixir will go back into the Loot Table, choose the next highest rarity (Common => Rare, Rare => Epic, Epic => Legendary), and randomly give you an item from that rarity. You are guaranteed to go up 1 rarity if the Luck Elixir procs in this situation.
If the item youre supposed to receive is Legendary, Mythic, or Set
At these rarities, the entire Loot Table is rolled again (just like the first pull) and you will receive the better item out of the 2 pulls.
Example 1:
Pull 1 Legendary
Pull 2 Epic
Player Receives: Legendary
Example 2:
Pull 1 Legendary
Pull 2 Mythic
Player Receives: Mythic
What change with Item luck elxirs?
TAKING THE EXAMPLE 2:
If you're using a Mythic Luck Elixir + Leprechaun's pendant+ 1 Luck elixir 15-30min Then:
* Contrary of use only Leprechaun pendant and reroll the whole loot table and have the chance of DROP a rare, epic, legendary item. The MYTHIC luck elixir will let you to have better probability of drop between (EPIC, LEGENDARY, AND MYTHIC) WITHOUT RARE ITEMS for 30 minutes:
DELETED DROP CHANCE ITEM: RARE
CASE 1:
Pull 1 Rare
Pull 2 Epic
CASE 2:
Pull 1 Epic
Pull 2 Legendary
CASE 3:
Pull 1 Legendary
Pull 2 Mythic

Pull 1 - 1.500 Gold

Pull 2 - Rare - 15% more probability of drop.
CASE 2:
Pull 1 - Epic
Pull 2 - Legendary
Player Receives: 15% more probability of reroll in CASE 1 and get (Rare).
HELP THE ECONOMY?
Well, I think this will help to add more gold in economy and It allows better results for players Unluckys.
CONCLUTION:
* This add a new, exclusive and better loot table for players who use the Item luck elixir.

Store: 1 Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Arcane, Set Kit will contain 10 Luck elixirs of each item class.
