All you have to do is hit mobs (elite shuyal is a good place) and jewels will drop. Killing mobs works too, but if you use a high hp low damage build you can get 200 jewels in less than a half hour easily

Skip jewel tier recipes dont work as of now, this week's update will fix it.

They do appear but in the "ALL" section not in the event or each jewel type, if you scroll down "ALL" in appears but only once.
